He gave me a price and since I found an active Groupon's with a discount for his company he honored it without me going through Groupon. So great service overall although the original pricing could have been lower given the existent Groupon (he mentioned that was posted long time ago, had forgotten about it but was still active)."

The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed.
