"Foundation restoration: I highly recommend Restoration Connection. I have a new and safe foundation for my home. My foundation in the crawlspace of my 1940â s era home was severely eroded causing a downward shift and unleveled and an unsafe condition. A careful and affordable plan was devised to restore the foundation by lifting and leveling with concrete pads, cement blocks and piers. The rotten sill plate and joists were replaced and also supported by piers on concrete pads. The material used and installation was all by code for a new home. The crew were always double-checking the leveling of my home from in the crawlspace and upstairs to insure a good job. They were great at communication of what was being done and why. Mr. John Fowler and his crew were courteous, professional, and proactive to produce a great and safe outcome for me in my home. I will be hiring Restoration Connection for more projects I have to renovate this house."

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
