"We called Jr about a water heater break with 62,000 gallons of water in the back half of our house, he was there the next morning. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. He called daily to keep us informed and also sent pictures of his progress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Onpoint Restoration, Jr is very professional and gives the best customer service we have ever had. Thank you Onpoint Restoration (JR)."

"Spencer, Tanner and best crew, arrived within 45 minutes after we called for a overflowing toilet. They went right to work as they explained everything they were doing. Removed flooring, baseboards and vacuumed up water. They came back every day to rearrange the fans and dehumidifiers throughout the house. Super kind and professionalâ ¦I would only call 911 restoration for any home disasters. (Hopefully wonâ t need to)"

"

They pointed out several issues I didn't know I had.  That's invaluable.  They followed up with a respectful and understandable declination to do the job.  They also provided recommendations of more local service providers who are permitted to perform the work.
