"They far exceeded our expectations. Great people to do business with. They are true professionals who understand the business and know how to be the liaison between us and the insurance company."

"Daryl came and evaluated my home and he only suggested installing an automatic gas shutoff valve. The rest was fine with my home. He gave me a price and since I found an active Groupon's with a discount for his company he honored it without me going through Groupon. So great service overall although the original pricing could have been lower given the existent Groupon (he mentioned that was posted long time ago, had forgotten about it but was still active)."

"I had a last minute Emergency and Total restores response time was impeccable. Then the work they did was a job well done. I couldn?t give anything less than 5 stars!"

"Given the specialized nature of this type of work I was afraid that the company would look to sell me a service and take advantage of my ignorance. The employee was well informed and made some great suggestions. Ultimately I did not need any work done and did not have to pay a dime."

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"It was very good. They were professional and did a very beautiful job. It was a very quick response from the Pacific Water Damage and they were very accommodating as I was not ready when they wanted to come."

"They were good at explaining my options."

"The team did a fantastic job! They worked with me to move my appointment several times during the pandemic, always making it easy and without judgement as to why we needed to move. Once they came, they set up quickly, got to work, and were done way faster than I expected. Once done, they cleaned up and left the house better than I thought it would be. They also left the ceiling in such good shape that I will save thousands on repair and paint costs. They were a fantastic team, wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services."
