"The level of detail, and professionalism far exceeded my expectations! John was excellent from the start. He was always available, and was always knowledgeable. Adam came in on the project after about a wee, and again excellent service. I will definitely recommend this company."

"Hired Braier Restoration to remove the water from my basement after we had some flooding in our area. They did a tremendous job and even water proofed it with a white plastic. Quoted me almost 2,000 less than the first guy to come out. 10/10 would recommend"

"Restorations Pro came quickly to dry out and assess our water damage. When I say they went above and beyond in every aspect of our repairs, I mean above and beyond. While dealing with the repairs, our family had some health issues and they were patient and worked with us. They were gracious and helped with each and every step. They honestly treated us like family...but knowing these folks, I can't imagine that they don't treat everyone like family! You will not be sorry you used Restorations Pro for any need you have! Ms. Jennifer went out of her way to make sure we had every paper signed, every detail arranged, every piece finished...honestly better than before the leak happen! David Atkins and his crew are professionals! They care about people and families! There's just something special about these folks!"

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.
