They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"On the appointed date, three very pleasant, diligent, strong young men, including Stephonâ the owner of the businessâ arrived at our house on time. I had arranged for the service to clear from our garage and very large basement 20-50 years worth of accumulated STUFF. LARGE and small, things, very heavy and not so, bulky items, clothing, bedding, rugs, framed picture, household goods, tools, games, appliances, etc.etc.etc. They were competent and systematic in their work and also had some helpful suggestions. They worked really hard: the bulk of the job required everything to be carried up a flight of stairs, thru a fairly small area, then out thru the garage. Plus after hours of carrying and loading everything into their truck, they cleaned up the very dirty (disgusting) floors when they were finished. In addition, they were personable, polite and professional. There was one small negative in that I had thought they were going to remove some old exercise equipment, which they werenâ t prepared to do. However I believe that was due to a miscommunication between myself and Stephon initially, and that can happen. I hope never to accumulate so much stuff again! But if I ever need such service in the future, albeit on a smaller scale, I will hire Stephon and TRASH TALKERS In a heartbeat. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs a very, good, reliable clean-out service"

"WOW! Perry and his team were the best! From the walkaround to find the needed repair issues to the follow-up on the 2 small items that we forgot to check until the final walkaround. They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. You will not find - IMO - a better team for almost any kind of construction work on your home."
