Communications were great; they were always on time and if there was going to be a delay we were promptly notified. But most importantly is their integrity. There was a room which needed ceiling drywall repair that we had forgotten was part of the original estimate. Several days after we had paid the final invoice, we got a call from Justin stating they had forgotten to do the drywall repair in the room in question. "I had a wonderful experience with Boston Environment & Contracting. They came out on a Saturday to give me a quote and to get samples for testing. The quote was very reasonable and included everything from the removal to the air testing to take place after the removal. I got the quote on Saturday, got the asbestos tests back that Tuesday, and they came to the house to remove it all on Wednesday. By Friday they had gotten the air quality tests back and were able to remove all the safety plastic. This entire job took less than a week. I was in constant contact with them - they called to update me often and were always available if I called with a question. I recommend them HIGHLY."
