"We were very pleased with all aspects of the work done for us by Virginia Foundations Solutions, Inc. Tim was a great salesperson, very professional, explaining everything we needed in detail. We needed major repairs underneath our home as well as repairs inside our fireplace. Jose, Alex and Willy worked so hard and did a fabulous job! Josh was so helpful and kind and all of the crew were just so caring and provided us with wonderful service, They were always punctual and so... neat, always leaving our home in tip top shape. We were so pleased with this company! We highly recommend them and we will certainly tell everyone we know about our positive experience with this company."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"They were prompt in arrival to my house to do the work. The work was great and sturdy. Professional customer service before the work and after work. Great work!"

"Proprietor Sonny was easy to work with, honest, and very responsive with phone calls and estimate. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone requiring his services."

"I don't remember. I'm just filling out this irritating form because Angie's insists on a pop-up reminder every time I log in asking me to write a review. So here ya go Angie. Now stop with the pop-up will you?

"Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.
