"Extremely happy I chose On Point to do my repair work after the hurricane. They took the adjusters report and accomplished all that they require and more. They were professional, personable and reliable. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would like to thank Tim for being so kind because when a disaster happens you are stressed and he was kind and understanding. They do good work!"

"Very professional and nice to talk to. I was not looking for this type service."

"William and Josh did a great job treating and cleaning the widows as well as caulking everything. They were very professional and did everything that they gave me an estimate on, and credited me for the blinds they didnâ t have to clean. Great personalities and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely recommend using this service!"

"I’m really glad I went with this company. From the first call, they were quick to respond and very easy to work with. They showed up fast, were super professional, and treated my home with respect like it was their own. They explained everything step-by-step, kept me updated the whole time, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. The work was done right, everything was cleaned up, and you could tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re in the area and need mitigation/restoration work done, I highly recommend them. Great people and great service."

"A very nice gentleman came to my house to assess my concern about a retaining wall which happens to hold up part of my front yard and is attached to my home.  He explained in detail how the ground can change due to climate and how it can affect a retaining wall.  We have only had slight movement in the past several years and he accredited it to the several years of drought we have had followed by a couple of years of wetter than normal weather.  We have no cracks in the wall, just movement where it connects to the house.  One option to fix it would be to dig out the front yard next to the wall and put in supports.  The other option is to just leave it alone since there are no cracks in the retaining wall just slight movement where it meets the house.  I totally respected the fact that he was honest and had integrity and told me the truth.  He could have tried to convince me my house would fall down if I didn't fix the wall.  He was above board, straightforward and candid.  I did not use their services today, but if I ever need any foundation work I will definite use them since they are a company you can trust.
