"Tony responded quickly to my request for services. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and the work was completely in a timely manner.  I was impressed by how polite his workers were and that they were nonintrustive.  We did have a miscommunication regarding what I wanted for the kennel but Tony was quick to work with me to modify the plan to fit my needs. 
I subsequently called Tony's for some handyman work in the house. My only problem with this project was the worker was slow in getting things done and rather than a flat fee I was charged an hourly rate. Overall, the work was done as I requested and the amount I paid was not terribly uncomfortable. I would use them again and I would recommend them. I simply would negotiate a flat fee for the work I need done as I did when I used them the first time.

Due to the hazardous waste, most organizations were not equipped to help me. Finally, I called Henry's Services. They were able to come see the problem, then call the correct organizations so start getting things fixed. Once things were fixed enough for them to come in they came promptly and explained things as we went. I fell they did a very good job. The only category that I marked slightly lower was due to cost. I was not expecting such a high price but that could have been because of my specific needs - crawlspace with no vent to the outside so it was harder to dry."
