"Andy and Ben responded to our request quickly. They explained the work needed and the work was completed efficiently. We will definitely call them again if their services are needed."

"Wow. I can't say enough nice things about Advanced Recovery. I had noticed some mold in my basement bathroom and utility room. I had a couple of companies come for an inspection and quote. The quotes were almost identical, I went with Advanced Recovery because Andy identified a couple of places the other company had missed. He did a fantastic job! He called to let me know when he would arrive and went right to work. He had to cut out drywall and remove carpet and hauled it all away. He even repaired the handle on my storm door!"

"Joe did an excellent job fixing our problem, his customer service was impeccable. Joe always responded and was very courteous and kind and took all the stress off of our family."

"The company was through and efficient. Very helpful throughout the process of clearing out all the mold infested items including drywall and carpet."

"Brandon was on time and very professional. He took care of our water damage needs. I will definitely use him again in the future!"

"This was a three-day project to perform basement mold remediation and air duct cleaning. After the initial meeting, I had to rattle their cage a bit to get a bid and to get the project scheduled. The office told me the representative I had met with had gone on vacation. Once the project began, the crew that did the work was hard-working and professional. Overall, they did a good job. There were some surfaces that I think should have wiped down or wire brushed that weren't. I found one small hole in an air duct that wasn't sealed after the air duct cleaning. It would be ideal to have a follow-up by the company after the work is done to assure client satisfaction. These were the only issues that prevented me from giving a straight A rating across the board. However, I think their price was fair and would not hesitate to use this company's services again."

"RestoPros of South Kansas City came to our rescue when our basement flooded. Ryan, the owner, was at our home within a couple of hours of our call to him and went right to work on mitigating the damage and then continued to communicate with us on a daily basis until the project was completed. We appreciated not only Ryan's efforts but those of his associates who were very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for mitigation and restoration services."

"Quick response time! Great customer service."

"They were very professional, great communication, excellent service, fair price and the quality was superb. I will definitely use them again."

"John came to my daughter's house after storm damage on the roof. The purpose ... to check for mold. He thoroughly evaluated the entire house ... approximately 1 1/2 hours and did not charge for this evaluation. What a man and company of integrity. I would highly ... highly recommend him"
