"Restoration 1 of Windham went above and beyond to provide the excellent professional services needed at my home. Perhaps this is a repeat of my original review submission done earlier. I merely brought it up and am adding this extra note. Thank you so much for your fabulous services. Ellen"

"Josh was fantastic to work with. When he came to assess our garage, he used their company's virtual measuring tool to scan the entire space and walked us through exactly what the project would involve - super clear and professional the whole time. He got a crew out quickly to clean, sanitize, and recap the garage ceiling and walls to seal in a really strong curry smell that had been lingering. They even cleaned and sanitized a dirty refrigerator in the garage. Our garage smells so much better now - huge improvement. Highly recommend Josh and this team if you're dealing with odor or mold issues!"

"Thank you David Farone and Cedar Valley for a job well done. I love my new roof!! The customer service you delivered was top notch as well as the quality of your work. Thank you very much, I love my new roof,"

"They are very good at what they do. We re-hired them after they did a job for us over last summer. There were differences on a this second job. If you use this company, I recommend: 1. Insist on a thorough, detailed contract that specifies ALL the details. Several things were forgotten, and later treated as ;added and as scope change. Could have been avoided with cleaner communication. 2. Specify in writing whether or not sub-contractors will be used for the job. During this second job, we had a couple of sub-contractors that were really, really bad. a. If sub-contractors are used, recommend specifying that a crew chief from Ideal be on site at ALL times. If needed, they should provide translation services. Our place was trashed when they left the site; sheet rock dust everywhere, floors to scrape, a hole in the wall to fix, lots of hard work ahead. They knocked off $2K. I would not do this amount for $2K. Bottom line, do not feel it was an fair solution. Learned a lesson."

"We were in a very serious spot. My mother was ill and coming home to a damaged home due to no fault of her own. She had been trying to get help but as an elderly woman not much success. When we discovered her plight we contacted Jim from New England Decon and were immediately impressed and we did speak to 2 other firms however no one topped this company. They were professional, prompt, informed, concerned and got to work right away to solving our problems."
