"Gavin Tarsa the project manager at Service Master was very helpful and understanding of the severe water damage we had. Service Master was at my house within a few short hours and started their work right away getting all the water out. "After calling in a panic with a foot of water in my basement, the owner and his staff came ASAP and vacuumed up the water, calmed us down, removed all the valuables like furniture, rugs and memorabilia to a safer place. They left dryers and fans in place 24 hours to prevent more damage from developing such as mold. They helped me maneuver my way through the insurance maze. My family and I were very grateful for the professionalism and compassion that was shown at such a stressful time."

"Great work. My carpets look great! Great price, great service!"

"The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Dave of Target Carpet Care was punctual and professional. He immediately agreed to the Angie's List price, but offered me some enhanced treatments (deep clean and deodorizing), which I accepted. His work was thorough and effective. My carpets look brand new and my whole house smells fresh and clean! I would recommend this carpet care service to anyone!"

"This is the second job Summit Peak has done for us, and we are very pleased with all aspects of his work. He always responds in a timely manner when we contact him. He was very prompt to come and give us an estimate, and the work was started and finished on the dates we were told it would be. Everything was cleaned up properly, too. No complaints at all about quality or service with this provider."
