"Exceptional service! I requested the services for my senior parents, and they told me that they were very pleased with the process pre-, during, and post- repair of their foundation. They mentioned how punctual the team was and the fact that they could feel the difference in the flooring after the foundation repairs were complete. I am very appreciative that they went out to a very rural area of Alabama. I highly recommend APS!"

"William and Josh did a great job treating and cleaning the widows as well as caulking everything. They were very professional and did everything that they gave me an estimate on, and credited me for the blinds they didnâ t have to clean. Great personalities and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely recommend using this service!"

"Right Touch was very responsive, professional, and provided the upmost quality and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in an emergency situation."

"A very nice gentleman came to my house to assess my concern about a retaining wall which happens to hold up part of my front yard and is attached to my home.  He explained in detail how the ground can change due to climate and how it can affect a retaining wall.  We have only had slight movement in the past several years and he accredited it to the several years of drought we have had followed by a couple of years of wetter than normal weather.  We have no cracks in the wall, just movement where it connects to the house.  One option to fix it would be to dig out the front yard next to the wall and put in supports.  The other option is to just leave it alone since there are no cracks in the retaining wall just slight movement where it meets the house.  I totally respected the fact that he was honest and had integrity and told me the truth.  He could have tried to convince me my house would fall down if I didn't fix the wall.  He was above board, straightforward and candid.  I did not use their services today, but if I ever need any foundation work I will definite use them since they are a company you can trust.

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Nathan is very responsive. There are times when we had to call him at 3:00 in the morning and he got out of bed and came over to take care of it. He's always punctual and does high quality work at a very fair price. Great customer service!"

"Very good. I use them for my rental property as well. Very good. Reliable. Cost is very appropriate for the service."

"Family owned business and great customer service."

"It was fantastic. They were extremely professional and open communication. He always informed me when he was available and when he was on his way. He was very accommodating and patient with me. He was very efficient. The cost of service is comparable to what a service would cost."
