"Very happy with the process all the way thru. Quick to come out, quick to come back with a work proposal, completed on schedule. More importantly there was one glitch when the initial crew failed to follow one item in the mold tester's scope of work. The way companies handle unforeseen problems says a lot - sometimes you get the runaround and things go south. That didn't happen here. These guys tackled the issue without hesitation and the staff at the main office called me regularly with status updates and to assure me that everything was getting taken care of. Definitely an A+ for communication and service. Would recommend highly and would use again."

"Rob was excellent and explained the complete process, was on time and very professional. His pricing was very fair and and offer Rob was very professional and explained the process clearly. His pricing was fair and I would have hired him if we were going to do the project."

"Excellent service. On time. Very pleasant."

"Very well. Initial price quote was competitive and adjusted downward when it was discovered that there was less damage than anticipated. Personnel were professional, friendly.and easy to work with. Very prompt service to address my emergency.. I'm very pleased and would certainly use them again."

"Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Professional in every sense of the word. Knowledgeable, fairly priced and genuinely nice to deal with. Highly recommend!!"

"Very well, this was the second time we used Atlantic Cleaners. Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. A week in my house, we couldn't' sleep in our bedrooms etc. Thankfully my realtor remembered that she had worked with Frank, who is one of the owners of Eco Green Solutions, on another job. WELL the experience was amazing from beginning to end. Frank came the next day to assess the situation and provided a thorough and complete estimate by the next morning. He explained the mold remediation licensing process and all the other factors that are important in choosing a provider of this service. I called him on his cell phone with more questions, and he was patient and responsive. The office staff there was great in terms of scheduling and planning for the service date. And finally, once it came time to do the work, the 2 men who came to my house were courteous, professional and spotless. There is LITERALLLY no reason to call in any company besides Eco Green Solutions if you find yourself in need of mold removal."
