These people are awesome.  I read the previous reviews for housecleaning and decided to go with Pro Clean because they had the most reviews and they were all positive.  When Shawna arrived with another worker (I apologize I don't remember his name) in a small car, I started getting concerned, but my fears were unfounded.  My house had 10+ years of dirt and grime and pet hair and everything else you can think of.... as well as being just plain messy.  I told Shawna that we needed to put our house on the market and that it was going to happen soon and that I needed to get it cleaned as soon as possible.  Shawna gave me an estimate over the phone of about 8-10 hours and was able to schedule the cleaning for 2 days after my call. I was a bit afraid to have someone come to my house because it was such a mess, but she never made me feel bad about my poor housecleaning habits. 

My den was a mess, papers and books and toys and games all over the place.  They asked what I wanted to have done.... I was just ashamed at how it looked and asked if they would just clean the floors.  To my surprise, shock and amazement they not only cleaned by floor but organized all that stuff. They organized so many things in each of my rooms (not just the den).  I didn't need to do a thing to get ready for a showing of our home the next day. I cannot thank them enough for going that extra mile.  The floors in all my rooms (mostly hard wood) look amazing!  My house looks so good, cleaner than it has been in a very long time.  I almost don't want to put it on the market!  Their products do a great cleaning job and leave a clean smell without an overpowering chemical smell.  It just smells clean!  Exactly how you want it to smell.   I cannot believe how good my house looks.  It didn't look this good when I moved in 10 years ago.   They worked so hard and did such a wonderful job.   Very nice, very professional just a wonderful experience.  The level of work they deliver is well worth the cost of their services.   I highly recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning done.

"A great team. They not only did the work, they coordinated with floor refinishing crew and insulating crew. They also let us know when we had heating problems. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
