He even came back the next day to work on some pink stains left by the previous renter after realizing he didn't have the right stain removal product for that stain color on his truck the first day...now that's service! "As far as the price goes, I thought it was fair.  It was slightly more expensive than other places on the market, but they did provide installation and supposed ongoing customer service.
Installation was on time and very efficient.
Has it fixed my issue?  Yes.  It was a good solution.
MY ISSUE THAT STILL REMAINS is that I have never to this day received the receipt that I was promised to be mailed with all of my warranty information, etc.  This is now over 6 months later and after calling their corporate office as well.  I have no problem dropping a little extra money for the best solution.  Why can't you just send me my receipt and warranty info?
While their on-site crew seemed great, I probably won't use them again because their office staff is clearly disorganized which gives me reservations about receiving ongoing service for potentially lingering issues.
