We contacted Pro-Clean after learning of a potential mold problem under our crawlspace. Brian showed up and did a thorough inspection (including pictures which he emailed me) and explained the type of mold that he found. After viewing the pictures, I called Brian about some structural questions I had regarding the ductwork, floor joists, and sub-structure. We had a formal estimate emailed to us the next day.

I called and scheduled an appointment. Brian called 24 hours before the appointment and confirmed the work to be done. He showed up the next day on time... and within 2.5 hours he was done. He remediated the mold, relocated some ductwork, and replaced over 150 feet in insulation.

He took additional pictures of the finished product and further advised on the completed work and how I could reduce the risk of future mold problems.

I was sceptical of the company having so few reviews but am very glad I took a chance.
