He was extremely professional, explained what needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured or confused about the process. He and his crew protected our belongings, removed the damaged materials, and made sure everything was properly dried. Yousef also stayed in communication with us throughout the job and answered every question we had. It?s hard to find this level of personal service anymore. Highly recommend Yousef and his team."

"Overall, Economy Restorations seems to be a reputable business, however their customer service is unsatisfactory. After I scheduled (and paid) for my roof repair, a week went by without hearing from them. Once I reached out to them, I received a shortly worded reply that the work had been completed. In my opinion, someone should have contacted me once the work was complete to let me know all had went well."
