"Dorrel Rhodes 118 West Main Street Mount Joy, PA 17552 May 23, 2025 Complete Disaster Services Attn: Management Team Dear Team at Complete Disaster Services, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional steam cleaning service you provided on Friday, May 23, 2025, at my residence located at 118 West Main Street in Mount Joy, PA. Your team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering outstanding results exceeded my expectations. The carpets in my home had accumulated significant dirt and wear over time, and I was skeptical about how well they could be restored. However, after your thorough steam cleaning, I am amazed at how refreshed and clean they look! Not only did you remove years of embedded grime, but you also approached the job with efficiency and care, ensuring no damage was done to the fibers. Regards Dorrel Rhodes"

"I was very concerned about a repair/restoration issue in my basement. Travis was kind enough to take the time to explain the whole repair process. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled in bringing a resolution to the problem. i am very satisfied with the end result of his work. I will definitely recommend him and his associate's services to others."

"Noah and his team addressed my flooding issue on a weekend."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"They did a wonderful job for my business after water damage happened. They inspected and dealt with the insurance. Bill was very polite, respectful, and helpful. I would highly recommend them!"

"Wonderful service! I called Buddy for a pre-move-in cleaning and he arrived the next day. He was professional, fast, and very pleasant to work with. He even came back the next day to work on some pink stains left by the previous renter after realizing he didn't have the right stain removal product for that stain color on his truck the first day...now that's service! The carpets were dry within the amount of time he specified; he knows his business well. His price is very fair and I would hire him again if I ever need another cleaning.

"The service was good and they arrived on time."

"Jason takes an empathetic approach to recovery services. I felt supported in the immediate aftermath of my disaster; and during the rebuilding process I was able to obtain the important information I needed because of his commitment. The services I received were convenient and thorough, and yet never overbearing. The disaster-to-rebuild scenario can not be planned, but I will only recommend Jason and this company in the future."

"Excellent wish all my contractors came out this good.  showed up for the estimate on time and had a video that showed the steps to fix the basement.  measured  the basement and made up contract.  when I mentioned angies list and deals offered we built it right into contract without printing coupons and stuff. were quick with availability came out the following week.  foreman (Dan) was on time and double checked everything before starting .Wanted to move sump pump and outside drain to a less used area. not a PROBLEM. Was loud and cold in the house all day as if you run the furnace while they work it comes through the vents.  laid out carpet protectors and were done in only 1 day (the estimator planned 2)  Jackhammered the floor out and dug down to foundation laid new drains and installed new sump pump. they brought 5 people and they all worked hard constantly for the day.  lost track of all the buckets after 30 (5 gal. buckets).removed with old crap.  Explained all the warranties and paperwork with new sump pump.  Have to wait for the concrete to dry. it's now 3 days later and I'm ready to put the basement back together.  Looks great and can't wait to use the basement without wet and damp floors and walls furnace)  did forget to put screen back in basement window but if you have leaky walls and damp floors this is nice.  any problems after the next big rain I'll let ya's know.
