"I got home after an extended weekend to find my house soaked from a broken pipe under my upstairs bathroom sink. There was wet drywall from my ceiling that had fallen on my living room floor. My carpets,couch and everything I had in my living room were totally soaked. I called a plumber and started trying to clean the mess up in tears. The plumber recommenced I give Paladin Restoration a call as he has worked with him in the past. They arrived in less than an hour and gave me a quick assessment of what was needed to be done. They told me to call my insurance company and they got to work without charging me anything upfront. It took several hours but they had the entire room cleared out, including sucking the water from my carpet and my removing my wet ceiling. They set up these industrial sized dehumidifiers and fans and explained what the entire process would entail from start to finish. They were very polite and answered the 100s of questions I asked them. 2 days later they came and met with my insurance adjuster and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The next day everything was bone dry and they removed their equipment. I ended up getting enough money to remodel the room that got wet.
