"First time homeowner and first time experiencing water damage. I had no idea where to start. But John made everything easy for me. He worked closely with my insurance and made sure I got covered for all the repairs. He is very honest and straightforward and he explains everything to me patiently. He's the only person I need to contact the whole time and he got everything done. Minimal work on my part. In the midst of repair my furnace suddenly stopped working for no reason and it was still 30F outside, John cancel his other appointment to come down and fix it. Definitely recommend to everyone"

Then they proceeded to clean up and within 3 days my basement was dry after using their wonderful efficient equipment. This wonderful company made a nightmare disaster bearable in every way. The crew was so very respecful to myself and my daughter as far as explaining and keeping us informed of what and how they would be doing for us.What more can I say... if you need expert restoration work done call Ranger Restoration. They take care of walking you thru the process with all the adjusters and insurance companies. The customer service is outstanding. We had a pipe leak into multiple rooms starting in the Kitchen. "This is the 3rd time that I have used Jack (JDF services) for the care of my decks. Jack always returns phone calls promptly. His work is meticulous. He doesn't rush to get the job done in a hurry. He is friendly and courteous. I trust that he will always do a good job."

"Amazing job sanitized and spot removed the tough spots before my family came into town very great job , definitely using them in the near future."

"Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
