"Everything went very well. Rubin was polite, respectful and efficient. He understood that we were new homeowners (and first time parents) on a budget, and told my husband what work to get started on so that the cost could be cut down a bit. Each time Rubin came to our home (three separate mornings), he got right to work. He explained everything he was going to do, and then went over it with me again before he left; I appreciated that. He was great at communicating with my husband over the phone regarding the cost estimates, and he held true to his word once he finished the work. He had to leave heaters set up in our home and everything was very neat, causing as little of an inconvenience as possible. He also had to get down into our crawl space,  and each time, he made sure to track little, if any, dirt/debris back in with him. By the end of the service, I had complete confidence that the mold issue was taken care of. On the last day, there was a quick review and sign of the bill, a funny story or two, and then he was gone just as quickly as he had come. I would definitely use Pacific Water Damage again, although I'm hoping I never have to! :)

"I live on the west side and needed work done on the east side. I located Glenn through Service Magic. He was great! He did the work I asked him to the next day, but more important he did additional work that came up in the process without charging more. He was on time, did quality work, and I would recommend him for any house project."
