"Great service, very fast and professional highly recommend!!"

"Nick has done a lot for us. More than can be checked with one box. This project has sprouted legs but Nick has been honest and provided solid advice throughout. We had flooding and he started off providing drying equipment. He then assessed the issue that was causing the flooding and has fixed it by waterproofing the foundation, installing a french drain, and channel draining. While assessing the damage he found mold and has done full remediation to the basement. He continues to work on this project by offering counsel on who to hire on reinstallation s well. Nick has been a Godsend and has treated us fairly. I feel like his costs are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend him and his crew."

"After discovering water damage in my home, I contacted ProDry Restoration , and I’m so glad I did. Their technicians arrived quickly, assessed the damage, and immediately started the drying process. They were courteous, respectful of my home, and answered all of my questions. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends."

"Tony did an OUTSTANDING job. I plan on having him come every 6 months. Awesome work."

"Robert was very responsive and reliable. He explained very well with the water flood damage and mitigation/installation process. At the same day. Ros team came to my house to expedite the process of water mitigation and installation of my basement floor. Rob handled the cost estimation very professionally and directly worked with my insurance company to get into the agreement with the final cost estimation. I am totally satisfied with the service from Rapids Flood Team. If any issues with water damage, call Rapids Flood Team. Good jobs, Guys! Kevin & Shu"

"We had Flood Crew out to help when our hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! And they don’t play around, they get the job done. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks a million, Bill & crew! ???"
