"Dave and his crew were exceptional. They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing and what to expect next. The entire crew was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. Dave was my advocate dealing with my insurance company and getting things rolling. Could not have done it without him. I thank my local fire dept for calling them in because I would not have known where to go. They showed up at the scene of my wall collapse and sured up my home to make it safe to enter within an hour. I cannot praise this company enough for their knowledge and experience with this type of disaster. I am so very greatfull to have Dave and the crew from Advanced Restoration in my corner."

"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"They moved fast, were efficient and clear about what needed doing, courteous and cleaned up the site when they were done."

"American Property Services did a great job at my house in Alexandria. They showed up very fast and quickly restore my house. The water damaged the whole ceiling and the floor. The kitchen cabinets were saved and they had the insurance to pay for them to be replaced. Highly recommend them."

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"This was an amazing experience, we had never done a renovation like this before and it was due to a pipe exploding in our basement. Not only did Perry and his team do an incredible job, they were unbelievably patient and understanding as we dealt with the insurance company and all the hassles they create. Their experience, craftsmanship, and tremendous customer service made this a wonderful experience and our new basement looks incredible! Thank you all again! We will definitely be using these guys for any future renovations/contracting work."
