"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"In July 2025 our home was caught on fire and it was heartbreaking to witness this and we felt so helpless watching this. I was able to meet Zeke who helped our family. He got his guys to come and boarded up our house so it was not exposed. He then walked us steps by steps to rebuild our house. These guys are super professional as well as stand up group! We felt extremely blessed to have met them and for them to walk us through the whole experience. I pray that we never have to go through another disaster like this but if we ever do I would reach out to IRM. I highly recommend IRM to our friends and families. Thank you Zeke and team for always answering questions and being there for our family!"

"I was well satisified with the job. Brett was very professional and courteous."

"We have just started the project happy to post more information and photos when the project is complete very satisfied already"

"Fast, great customer service and great prices."

"They did a good job and were awesome."

"They didn't do any spot or stain treatment. Service visit was very fast (too fast). Odor was not even remotely gone. It smelled as if only water used, no soap. I ended up buying my own expensive carpet cleaner and it did a way better job getting up the odor and stains. The staff were very prompt, polite and the price was good. It was the quality of service that was disappointing."

"The basement king was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge is unmatched in the Texas area for sure. I received multiple quotes and talked to multiple companies and he was the best. He's passionate about his work and the manner in which it's done. If he says something, it happens. An added benefit was their cleanliness. Usually a job site of this size and complexity is a mess, but not with the basement kings. 10/10!"

"Went well - everything is looking great as it’s being finished, and Tim brought in another expert for part of the ceiling patch/repair to result in the most professional looking job. Older leak above apparently resulted in some mold growth between top floor and ceiling, so they had to tear it open, test, spray anti-microbial, then patch with drywall, texture, paint. Nice guys, and would recommend."
