"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"While on Angi, I researched this company. Great ratings with BBB, licensed and insured. I can't say enough how overly pleased I am with this company. They met me at my house on time. The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. BMF Contracting is now my go to Contractor."

"We are stationed in Alaska, but own a home in Hampton, Virginia. We discovered an ongoing bathroom leak that caused a moisture issue and water damage. FailSafe was referred to us by a friend, and despite our being outside of their service location, they still agreed to service our issue. We had to coordinate with the renters of our house, and Joseph was prompt and on-time. The team was professional and nothing-but-courteous to our tenants. They got right to work. Joe took all the measurements, photos, work plan, and estimate, to send electronically for our review and signature. It made everything convenient, and they executed the work as promised with daily updates. We really appreciate the long distance coordination. Our house is on the water, so these sort of problems could likely rise again in the future. I will not hesitate to go with them again. Flexible, courteous, and highly recommended!"

"Proprietor Sonny was easy to work with, honest, and very responsive with phone calls and estimate. Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone requiring his services."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"Very well. Came in on time Friday morning, noting that a blizzard was in the forecast for Saturday, they decided to stay all day Friday to complete the service. Flooring looks great."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"

This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.
