"Quick response time and friendly service. I especially appreciated the communication throughout the project. Thanks for all your help!"

"The company was great they were able to get a lot of recovery on my foundation for my garage that has been sliding down a hill for years. They used the helical pier method which raised and supported the foundation. Really impressed with the experience it came out great."

"Great work, quick turnaround, and amazing customer service. Couldn't be happier. A+ Company, I say that as someone who works with contractors all day as a Industrial Project Manager. Next time I have a personal home improvement, I'm going to bypass getting multiple estimates and just go with Dry Maxx Ohio, Inc."

"Pros - Provider was very responsive and communication was excellent. I used Angie’s List to request quotes and this provider responded within an hour. Work was scheduled quickly. - Service technician called ahead, was polite, and took the time to explain the process and the work that was to be completed. - Pricing was very good (if requirements were met – see below). Cons - Six registers (@$15/each) located in the finished basement ceiling were very likely not cleaned as the louvers are kept shut in the summer months and cannot possibly be opened without using a step ladder. No ladder was used by the service technician other than one provided by me for access to the main trunk lines. Step ladder was provided after discovering technician using a chair to stand on. - Access holes drilled into the basement duct work left shards of metal on the floor that were not vacuumed or swept at the completion of the work. A few pieces of sharp metal were later found tracked onto a carpeted stairwell. - Debris was found on the floor and on furniture around a few of the return vents, likely a result of the compressed air used to clean the grill. Although I suspect this may be common and normal, I also suspect leaving it there for the homeowner to clean up is not. - Technician did not wear protective shoe covers when walking across carpeting as is typical for most in-home service work. This is particularly notable for a company also in the carpet cleaning business."

"Had a new service panel installed at an absolutely great price!!!"

"Great experience. I appreciate when people show up on time and deliver what was promised. Would use them again!"

"I like the fact that they arrived at the specified time given, and performed their duties right away. I feel they did just as good or even better than some of the more known competitors. Their pricing was unbeatable by $200.00 which can not be found anywhere else. I would use them again and recommend them to others for any future cleanings. A+ service."

"UPDATE (2022): Our first interaction with DryMaxx was last year after a substantial basement flood. Their team was stellar then and have recently reiterated my absolute appreciation for their quality of work and accommodation. We decided to reach out to them on a whim for a complete bathroom remodel. They came in thousands of dollars under our other quotes and still managed to go above and beyond. They helped our vision become a reality with plenty of helpful suggestions and options for us along the way. They stayed on budget and the end result far exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the whole team is not only talented but actually nice to interact with and very attentive. They never got irritated or annoyed at my many, many questions. I cannot recommend them enough for insurance work or regular home renovations. They will always be our first call."

"Really impressed with everyone from start to finish. Talked with Tim initially and he coordinated the various projects and times. Richard and David arrived ready to work. Both of these men moved from job to job, answering our questions and quickly completing each task. They arrived early the second day and did not take a break until the work was complete. Richard and David were professional, courteous, and very oriented toward customer satisfaction. We had a ceiling repair and Tim had a separate crew to finish this repair/replacement. Erin and Scott showed up ready to complete the project. They were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. A pleasure watching a team work together. We could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. These folks were proud of the company they worked at. Did a great job cleaning up after the job were completed. We will use Tri State Complete Home Repair in the future and will happily recommend them to others. Job well done."

"Jeff and his team were very professional and efficient installing our radon mitigation system."
