"I would highly recommend speaking with Ancel Hamilton about your mold remediation needs. I was in a panic when I called Ancel. I told him that we were in the midst of selling our home and an air borne mold test was done and a few of the levels came back slightly elevated in the upstairs only. I had no idea what all of this meant. I sent Ancel the lab results and he immediately calmed me down. He explained the numbers and in his expert opinion believed the test may not have been done correctly as the numbers did not make sense and were also so low that no remediation would be necessary. He gave me an education on the type of mold spores that were elevated and the possible cause for this. He was truly honest with me as he could have said my house needed remediation when in fact what it needed was to be tested by a certified environmentalist to perform an accurate test. His level of knowledge, his honesty and his willingness to speak with me, as well as my realtor, to explain everything goes above and beyond what he had to do. "Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"cleaned two very dirty rugs and made them look great. Staff was world class. Arrived on time, worked hard, paid attention to detail, great customer service. Took great care to not damage anything. Even put furniture up on blocks to keep off damp rug when finished. Bottom line- best service provider I've encountered in a long time. Would hire again.
