"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"American Basement Solutions came in and did a thorough review of the work that needed to be done. Aaron provided a complete overview of what they would do and provided and estimate on the spot. Work was scheduled in a timely manner. All work was completed and repairs were done professionally and according to the estimate. Highly competent and talented individuals who are courteous, customer-oriented and give honest, up-front advice on the work to be done. Individual completing the work did an outstanding job on the project and ensured that the area was cleaned up and looked great. I would highly recommend this company for any basement type work.

"Prestige General Construction incapsulated my crawlspace that smelled moldy . Full of spiderwebs and dust. They did an amazing job. The incapsulation really cut down the musky smell in my basement and home. The crew was professional respectful and on time. "We had a windows done by a different company and had Maximus come in the day after to replace the siding. I got 6 estimates prior to choosing Maximus and I thought Eric (owner) was the most reasonable and from talking with him he gave me the best feeling that he wouldn't cut corners or rush through it and that he would do it right (another contractor told me he would get it done in a day). Eric was very honest, he told me exactly what he was going to do and gave me a really fair estimate (after 6 estimates, I think his bid was VERY fair for the amount of work he was going to complete, and while not the lowest, the lowest bid I got was from someone who didn't sound like he knew what he was doing).
Eric came out to the house while the window installers where still installing the windows to check things out and make sure things were going to be coordinated nicely (impressed because I do realize hiring two separate companies for tasks that go hand in hand might get a little uncomfortable).
After all the windows were in (except for 1, because the wrong size was made), Eric's crew showed up and did everything that was agreed to. Periodically, Eric would stop by to check on how things were going.
It took his crew a couple/few days to complete all the work, but it was done right and he was flexible in holding off completing a small section where we saw some carpenter ant damage and that I wanted sprayed before siding that area.
I should also say that when the window installer (35 years of experience) came back to put in the final window after the siding was done, he said "that guy who did your siding did a really good job, I like the way he did [talked about several things]....You can really tell when they do a good job or bad job and that guy did a really good job."
So Maximus got a thumbs up from the window company as well.
Overall, I am totally happy with the work. GOOD QUALITY, GOOD PRICE, GOOD SERVICE. Thanks."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
