Initially we were going to replace the existing structure but after reviewing options with Marc we decided to add an additional open area to the porch. Marc was “hands on” from our initial estimate and through the project. We appreciate that Marc walked us through the different stages of the project (tear down, rebuild, roofing) and was very communicative on how the crew was completing work. When decisions needed to be made on the job (where to put new stairs, fan installation), Marc walked us through the different options to ensure the finished product would meet our needs.
