The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother.
