"We told him before scheduling the work that our ceilings were high and he would need a 12' ladder. When he got to our house, without ladder, he wanted us to go rent one while he waited, which we decided not to do. The promotion that we bought was 2 hours of electrical service, to which we got about an hour's worth of re-connecting a ground in one light fixture.
