Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. "The receptionist at Conte Electrical was courteous and efficient and scheduled a service appointment within two days of my call. The work I wished to have completed was not urgent so short wait was fine. I think that an emergency would have elicited an immediate service call. The electrician dispatched to my home was punctual.
