"George is truly wonderful. OV Electric came out and assessed the job and also kept communicating updates and what heâ s found that would work for us before sending a timely estimate. The communication is awesome before, during, and after the job is completed. He picked a perfect fan for our bathroom exhaust (the one he himself has in his home) and even managed to route it out of our exterior eaves (this was key because we have a tile roof making a roof exhaust extremely difficult). George was incredibly efficient and thought outside the box to be able to complete this without going through the roof, meaning we didnâ t need a roofer to come out. Saved us time and money that way. We found out that our ducts in the attic were disconnected and he went and got all the supplies, because he tried to connect them, but they wouldn't connect, so we had him connect them. The problem was before I moved in, they had sealed it with duct tape and over time it became so loose that it lost it's power to hold. Matt put zip ties to hold them together. Thank you Matt!"
