"The electrician, Chris, arrived within the time frame provided when the appointment was made. He introduced himself, then gathered the necessary tools from his truck. He was very efficient, professional, courteous and personable. He took all used parts with him and ensured furniture that was moved to gain access was restored to its original location.
The entire experience was very positive - from making the appointment with the owner of the company through the installation of the replacement parts.
