"Rick is a wonderful handyman. I first found him while he worked on a neighborâ s home. The neighbor told me how good he is. He put new screens on our backporch, replaced siding and painted our backyard barn, and installed heat tape on a long run of water pipe running through our unheated attic. All jobs were wonderfully completed. He repaired some plumbing joints that had not been properly done by a plumber formerly. He communicates well, is prompt in coming to our home. His pricing is very affordable considering the high quality of his work. I recommend him very highly and plan to employ him the next time I have a home project."

He dug and poured the footers for our pool house then after the block had been laid he brought in the pea gravel, brought in additional fill dirt and back filled and graded the area. "Yes, I would highly recommend Joe Schmo Electrical Services. The electrician (James) showed up on time and was very courteous. He installed electrical wiring for three bedroom ceiling lights (one with a ceiling fan) along with three dimmer switches. James removed and replaced a hall light to a newer fixture. He also moved my battery operated ceiling fire alarms away from the center of the ceiling at no additional charge in order to install my light fixtures. He was very tidy too. "Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. "Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. They even make sure my dog, who is small and likes to run for the door, never gets out of the house while they're working on something. "Extremely happy with the service I was provided by QuickTime Electric. Had an issue with a water company running a screw through three sets of wires in my garage when they installed a water filter system and also needed my Meter box resealed due to the prior electricians poor installation. All this was well beyond my capabilities to repair and I had heard good things about QuickTime from a friend. They showed up on time and had everything needed to fix my wiring and Meter box issue. Once the repairs were completed, I looked over their work and was very surprised and pleased with not only the quality of the products they used but also their repairs and how they did them. "I called the owner Randy at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon about a breaker that kept tripping. He told me he would be out in 45 minutes. He actually showed up in 14 minutes. Immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Total for work completed was $125, I thought this was a little expensive but then I remembered I'm not only paying for his time but also his experience and expertise! Taking all that into consideration it was a bargain and money well spent. Randy was very personable and professional and I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to other people. We are. It's small business owners and talked shop for a few minutes.
