"I had an emergency service need: the electric cable providing power to my home detached from the outside of my house during a wind storm. Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He and his crew were friendly and top notch professionals who completed the job by late afternoon so my power could be restored that night. I was and am truly grateful for the speed and professional installation that Pat and his crew performed, including clean up of items to be discarded. "The receptionist at Conte Electrical was courteous and efficient and scheduled a service appointment within two days of my call. The work I wished to have completed was not urgent so short wait was fine. I think that an emergency would have elicited an immediate service call. The electrician dispatched to my home was punctual. He phoned about 1 hour in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely pleasant and very efficient, with knowledge of the problems I had presented to receptionist. He got right to work and was finished within about one hour! He even offered to help me move a very heavy air conditioner that had been obstructing the entrance to my second floor to our outside deck!  The electrician also saved me a ton of money by repairing things that others would likely have needlessly replaced.  My wife and I have decided to call Conte whenever we need the services of an electrician and recommend them to others."

When he came to my house and ran some tests and opened the old electrical mount I was able to see the cause of the flickering lights. Then, he gave me an estimated cost of the new Flushmount, and quickly left and return within a half an hour with a receipt and installed it. He work efficiently and proficiently!! He was punctual, courteous, experienced and very dedicated to completing his electrical task. And when he’s done he will explain and show you how the new dimmer switch works. He even brought his own ladder with him. I will definitely use his service again when needing electrical repairs!!"
