Fixed the problem, advised me on what caused it, and gave a general inspection of the electrical. He wasn't just a service person but an asset. Would recommend this company."

"After getting all of our electrical update with Master Electric, ee ended up having a problem with the cable that was bringing power into our home (DTEs issue), Doug from master electric helped us out by talking to DTE to explain the problem and gave us a temporary fix until DTE was able to make it out. They were very helpful and did an awesome job on the work they did for us."

"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. It s great to find people like this in business! I will always call them for future electrical needs and I highly recommend giving them a call if you also need electrical work done. **Residence is in New Hudson, MI"
