He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. James made me aware he'd need to interact with our City Building department to assure the new breaker box would be "up to code". We had GFI breakers in original box and wanted that function restored. And the work involved both our City building department and FPL power company for support, inspections and permits. My brother and I have been working to restore our property working a weekend a month, So, we contracted James by phone and handled Everything based only on telephone calls and email; James handled Everything.
