The operator who made the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The technician Joey was very knowledgeable and friendly. He is an asset to your company! Our electric service was ripped off our home during a storm and we lost full electrical service to the home. Joe from Electric Power came promptly, coordinated with the Township as well as the power company and began repairing our service the next day. They were professional and delivered such high quality service. They responded to my calls and texts and were incredibly sensitive to the needs of my 80 year old mother. They explained everything that needed to be done in detail. I would definately use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

"Most companies have someone answering phone calls. It is rare, however, that a company has one of the owners, Damien, respond to customersâ phone calls every time. This is what separates the Watts Good Electric company from its competitors. And this is just the beginning. Damien always answered in a polite, professional, and patient manner. Damien also emailed the initial job proposal immediately. And when I requested changes, he undated the initial proposal and emailed it to me immediately. Damien addressed all of my concerns and asked me to call him if I had any other questions and concerns. When the two technicians, Mike and Chris, came to my house, they were professional, clean, organized, and efficient. After the job was completed, Damien explained the timeline for submitting and completing the necessary paper work to schedule an inspection and obtain the permits for the job. I highly recommend Watts Good Electric."
