"I called first thing in the morning after having a puzzling power loss in our living room.  I received expedited scheduling for the same day, due to the nature of the problem.
Jacob called two hours before the scheduled time to inform us he was en route.  He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and repaired the wall outlet that caused the problem in short order.  He was polite, friendly, and professional.
We paid the callout rate and an hour's worth of time, so the cost was minimal.  Overall, we were delighted with the response and resolution to our problem.
