Communications before the visit were prompt, professional, and geared toward promoting confidence. "The electrician was nothing but masterful (possibly even surgical) in his ability to install the new power lines with making only a few cutout in a closet space where they were completely out of sight. A less accomplished electrician would have just cut multiple holes along the entire length of the ceiling causing excessive damage.
