"I cannot sing the praises of Ian and Power Forward enough! He is outstanding. The jobs he did for me were fixing a switch panel that was overheating, installing a new light fixture. replacing light bulbs on outdoor lights that are high up and installing timers for those outdoor lights. He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. I will continue to use him for all my electrical needs and my family and friends will also be using him. He's fantastic!"

"If you are looking for a true professional electrician look no further. My experience from the first phone call to the end of the service was great. I needed to have a ceiling fan replaced with a light fixture, also I was having a problem with some lighting flickering on & off. I explained this to Nick Vallone during that first phone call; he advised me of what the work would entail as well as approximating the cost, providing me with what his rates are. We set up the date & time; he called the day prior to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. Once he arrived, he went right to work along with his assistant. They completed the work promptly & professionally; I was completely satisfied. The fan was replaced & I was glad it was only a wall socket that needed replacing to correct the flickering lights. His estimate on the cost was spot on."

"Rob and Dan came out to my home promptly to discuss the job and gave me an estimate at that time. Dan did the actual work a few days later, and was careful and did not rush and explained things as he worked. He also covered my washer and dryer to protect them when he installed a new ceiling fixture, and used his own vacuum to clean afterwards. Dan was so neat you'd never know I had any work done in my home at all- except that I have 2 new fixtures which work perfectly. The amount charged for 4 hours of work was very reasonable, much more reasonable than 2 other local electricians I've hired in the past. "I am glad i hired them to do my fuse box to circuit breaker c0nversion. They\ dad and son team were professional. They were right on regarding my breaker location. It cannot be installed in thr boiler/furnace room because the clearance is not big enough. Another electrician said i could install it the boiler room. He was completely wrong. I am glad i went with West Electric. Otherwise the inspector would have fail the indpection if i had gone with the other electrician. My new circuit breaker box was conveniently located on the wall outside our bedroom and outside the boiler/furnace room. In addition they create a beautifully wooden frame where the circuit breaker box. The father and son team were polite, pleasant to work with. I would hure them the next time i need electical work done. This review is several years late."
