I had no lights or plugs in the basement for days as I tried to figure it out myself. He came in and was easily able to diagnose, fix, and get it all back up minus the one plug that relies on the one dead wire. Iâ ll be putting that in since Iâ m taking my ceiling down anyways. I needed to have a ceiling fan replaced with a light fixture, also I was having a problem with some lighting flickering on & off. I explained this to Nick Vallone during that first phone call; he advised me of what the work would entail as well as approximating the cost, providing me with what his rates are. We set up the date & time; he called the day prior to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. Once he arrived, he went right to work along with his assistant. "I am glad i hired them to do my fuse box to circuit breaker c0nversion. They\ dad and son team were professional. They were right on regarding my breaker location. It cannot be installed in thr boiler/furnace room because the clearance is not big enough. Another electrician said i could install it the boiler room. He was completely wrong. I am glad i went with West Electric. Otherwise the inspector would have fail the indpection if i had gone with the other electrician. My new circuit breaker box was conveniently located on the wall outside our bedroom and outside the boiler/furnace room. In addition they create a beautifully wooden frame where the circuit breaker box. The father and son team were polite, pleasant to work with. I would hure them the next time i need electical work done. This review is several years late."

"Tom and Saul did excellent work on my home. Tom responded very quickly, was always easy to reach, gave fair prices, and was very patient working through all the details. We had a lot of work we wanted done on our new home and he spent hours with us before any guarantee of even getting the job! He even suggested an improvement we could do ourselves. They added recessed LED (wafer) lighting and under-cabinet LED light tape with dimmers to our kitchen, installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom, upgraded outlets (tamper-resistant, GFCI), fixed some funky wiring with switches and outlets, added a 3-way switch, upgraded dimmer switches, upgraded outdoor motion sensor lights and more! They both cared about the quality of their work, taking pride in a job well done... and were very friendly to boot."
