"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. He and his staff were on time for the estimate and the service appointment, about half hour late for the second appointment. Regardless, they did a great job and fast. Their quote was lower than the other contractor I contacted, and I am glad I hired Bernie. We invited him back for the second job to change light switches of the entire house.
