One question he could not solve, but showed me how to circumvent the problem. My issue was not with the work , but with the extra charge. I in no way felt he gave me any extra time from the original hour which I gladly paid. I was disappointed that I didnot get a bill at the time of service and had no idea there was even an issue of "overtime".
