"Berardi Electrical Contracting, Inc. delivered an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship truly set them apart from any contractor I’ve ever worked with. From the moment Mr Leo arrived, He was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. His expertise was evident in how efficiently they diagnosed the issues and in a clean, precise way they completed the job. Thank you!"

"I used Fielack on February 21 to reseal the electrical service on the outside of my house to prevent water from entering, and to replace the lighting fixtures outside the front and side doors. The job was more complicated and time-consuming than anticipated requiring boxes to be exposed/replaced but everything was explained to me and Jimmy was courteous and professional, and called to indicate his ETA. I was confident the job was done correctly. I have used Fielack on other occasions and have always been satisfied with the work that was done."

In some states and municipalities, licensed and registered handypersons can change a light fixture and do minor electrical work. However, you should check with your state and local licensing boards before hiring a local handyperson. In most cases, it’s safer and more practical to hire an electrician for this job. It may cost more, but hiring a licensed electrician means they’ll get the work done to code.
Special light fixtures, known as damp-rated light fixtures, are recommended in bathrooms, particularly if they're near damp areas like showers and over the bathtub. However, in most locations, they’re not a strict requirement. For safety and longevity, damp-rated fixtures are a better choice. If you work with a lighting contractor in your area, they may be able to recommend the right kinds of fixtures for your space.
Yes, it’s possible to run a second light fixture to a switch, meaning the light switch would control more than one light fixture. Several factors can impact whether it’s possible and how much it will cost. In many cases, it may be easier and more affordable for the contractor to install independent light switches. Talk to your electrician about your idea to get their feedback.
