"We knew almost immediately that this was the right company to hire. We called, and they were able to come out within two days. From the beginning, they were much more interested in helping us than in finding ways to add to the bill. Before we even hired them, they explained how we could diagnose one of our electrical problems ourselves and save the cost of having them do it. (And it really was pretty simple!) They told us we DIDN’T need something another company had recommended and took the time to check the cameras we planned to purchase BEFORE we bought them. They showed up when they said they would, were knowledgeable and professional, answered all of our questions, and did excellent work. They discovered an error that apparently been missed during an initial inspection and corrected it at no charge. Everything was perfect and we now have an electrician we completely trust and can highly recommend to family and neighbors alike."

"People make the difference! Luis and Katherine came in and took care of my issues. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They did a great job, they worked quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them work on my house. Very good people. Charlie's Electric had the team out sooner than I expected, I was expecting them at the end of the week. I received a text from Charlie's the same night I contacted them with a time slot for the next day. Super fast service, done with a smile, explained everything that they were going to do to diagnose the problem, options to fix it and fixed the problem in short order.
