"12 years ago it cost me $75 to have an AC outlet replaced. This repair cost me the price of a service call ($85) because I had the parts available to install. Replacing the Ballast on a floresent fixture is not rocket science but standing on a ladder to remove/replace and strip 8 wires and make the reconnection requires coordination and balance. The Tech made quick and professional work of the job, then cleaned up the site. Very pleased. He even changed my bulbs so I didn't have to do it later. Thanks Jay"

"I had 2 programable switches inside my house that controlled the outside lites on garage and on front porch. Both were powered by battery. One was no longer working. Brennan Johnson from Ignite solved the problem quickly by replacing the battery power with electric. He also installed new wall switches which are super easy to use compared to the old ones. - If you have questions about the project, ask them before they start. Most are happy to run you through the problem and the process of fixing it.
- Ask about potential issues after the work is complete. During a service call a professional will spot any potential hazards.
